I would like to add some information in regards to our provided cleaner.

Do NOT use the cleaner unless you have been banned. The cleaner does absolutely nothing unless you have been banned. It removes traces files that is all.

If you run the cleaner without being banned you risk the chance or corrupting not only the game launcher but game files as well.

If your reading this because you used the cleaner without being banned and you can no longer login to Ubisoft you will need to reinstall the Ubisoft launcher to fix the issue.
